Our current shipping rates are as follows:

Everything is carefully packed with bubble foam to avoid any potential damage. However, if something happens to your item during shipment, we will send you a free replacement.

However, please note that personalized/custom items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under consumer law.

The refund/replacement can be offered only if the item was damaged during the transfer, or if the item was not personalized yet.

Buyer's remorse and misreading product information on buyer's part is not an applicable refund case.
